Why publish our values?

Our values are the ethics and principles that guide our decisions and actions. They shape who we are as an organisation and help define the culture we build together every day.

We want our stakeholders (be they customers, colleagues, suppliers or other partners) to know what we stand for. We want those stakeholders to work with us because of these values, to share these values with us, and to hold us accountable to them. We're proud of them, we believe deeply in them, and we want to share them with the world.

Living these values is considered a core, non-negotiable responsibility for every colleague at Train-a-Lift. We aim not only to demonstrate them ourselves, but to champion them throughout the business, in how we work with one another and in how we support our customers.
