"My instructor corrected any errors in a positive way which was refreshing. An example would be, instead of starting the conversation with a "no" my instructor would say "I suggest you do it this way". This approach corrects any errors without making the trainee feel like they have failed. Good man."

"My instructor made me feel very welcome from the start and was very friendly and informative. I was a bit nervous to start with as I have never driven a forklift but he took me through it at a good pace, constantly made sure I was happy and gave good demos. Couldn’t recommend him enough. The other trainers were also lovely and made me feel welcome. Really enjoyed it."
