"Absolutely brilliant instructor , couldn’t have asked for better! I’ve just completed my counterbalance FLT training with TAL, and I can’t recommend them highly enough. From day one, they made what felt like a lot to learn feel calm, clear, and completely manageable. The instructor was incredibly patient, explains every manoeuvre and safety rule in plain, simple terms, and never made me feel silly for asking questions or needing to repeat things. He picked up straight away on the bits I found tricky and worked through them with me at my own pace, building my confidence step by step. What stood out most was how much they care about doing things properly, he didn’t just teach me to pass the test, he taught me to operate safely and confidently for real work. He’s friendly, professional, and has a great way of keeping things relaxed even when the pressure builds up. I walked away with my licence today, but more importantly I feel like I can actually do the job properly, and that’s all down to the instructor."
