Course Summary
Learn how to safely and efficiently operate a skid steer loader (Bobcat).
On completion of the course you will understand the statutory requirements and the need for safety training. The course covers rated capacities for stability and instability, operating and site safety codes, machine and control familiarisation, daily checks, refueling and simple maintenance, procedures for steering, manoeuvring, load handling, travelling on site, leveling, digging, cleaning up, also vehicle loading and unloading, fitting and use of attachments where appropriate, and much more.
As a record of your achievement, a TAL certificate of training is provided.

Course Objectives |
To teach the basic skill requirements and associated job safety knowledge to operators of Skid Steer Loaders (Bobcats). Where required, to provide specific job training in both related job safety knowledge and practical skill applications for these types of machines. |
