Course Summary
Learn how to safely and efficiently operate a mobile elevating platform.
On completion of the course you will understand the statutory requirements and the need for safety training. The course covers machine introduction and familiarisation, daily checks and fault reporting, siting and preparation, safety rules and procedures, safety harnesses, general and emergency operating procedures and more.
As a record of your achievement, a TAL certificate of training is provided.

Course Objectives |
To teach the relevant job safety knowledge and practical skills necessary for the safe and efficient operation of Mobile Elevating Working Platforms (e.g. Simons Lift, Flying Carpet type, etc, including self propelled and vehicle mounted), to operators and persons involved in the use of these types of appliances |
