On completion of the course in addition to having covered the latest safety code, you will have completed a theory test and received familiarisation or corrective training covering such topics as driving and steering, stacking, destacking, load handling and the fitting and use of attachments.

Course Objectives |
To refresh job safety knowledge, and give corrective remedial and tests to operators who though previously trained and certificated may require a short safety refresher course, to maintain the correct standards of operation at an acceptable level. This course covers lift trucks to suit the individual delegate (reach trucks, electric and ICE counterbalance machines, order pickers, masted and variable reach rough terrain lift trucks, pedestrian machines, and tow tractors). This course may also be given as a one day conversion or familiarisation course, in cases where formally trained operators may be required to convert from one machine type to another, or where control familiarisation may be required for a new machine or attachment. |
