Course Summary
Learn how to safely and effectively operate a pedestrian controlled forklift truck, stacker or straddle truck.
On completion of the course you will be familiar with statutory requirements, rated capacities for stability and operating safety codes.
The course includes machine familiarisation, controls and daily checks, steering, loading, stacking and handling procedures, vehicle loading, unloading and more.
As a record of your achievement, a TAL certificate of training is provided.

Course Objectives |
To teach the basic skill requirements and associated job safety knowledge to operators of pedestrian controlled Fork Lift Trucks, stackers or straddle trucks |
Course Duration |
1, 2 or 3 days according to machine type and delegates previous operating experience. Maximum of 3 delegates per instructor for each truck. |
